I’ve walked through battlefields, counseled inmates, and sat with people in deep emotional pain. I’ve seen firsthand how stress, fear, and inner turmoil can damage both body and soul — and how a simple, sincere connection with the Creator can bring healing beyond what we can imagine.

My name is Rabbi Lazer Brody, and my mission is to help people from all walks of life discover the peace, purpose, and strength that come from living with emuna, or simple faith.

Born in the U.S. and raised in a secular environment, I found my way to Torah observance after serving as a combat soldier in the IDF. I later became a prison chaplain, a spiritual guide, a farmer, a certified health coach, and an ordained rabbi. Along the way, I also earned certifications in fitness training, holistic nutrition, and wellness, because I believe that caring for the body is inseparable from caring for the soul.

Through it all, one truth kept rising to the surface: lasting wellness comes from addressing the whole person — body, mind, and soul.

That’s what I teach and write about every day on the LazerBeams blog, in my books, on the Emuna Beams podcast, and in live Zoom classes around the world.
